Farm Animals
 |
For those who want more than just vegetables... |
|
  We
exhibit a selection of animals at The Farm. Children and adults
alike will enjoy becoming acquainted with our animals and learning
about them.
 The
animal collection can vary from month to month and from year
to year. As of the summer of 2003, we have goats, chickens,
a lamb, a calf, rabbits and ducks. We also have two resident
rodent control experts, sister cats Maisie and Sukey. Except
for the cats, the animals are enclosed in pens but can be easily
observed.
 We
are happy to take out our rabbits for petting and closer observation.
Please ask one of our farm hands for help if you are interested
or if you have questions about animals and livestock. Many
of our farm hands have experience raising animals in 4-H and
Future Farmers of America.
