CCOF is the organization that verifies that our organic produce
is really organic. They are among the oldest, most influential
and most respected organic certifying agencies in the United
States. Their website contains a great deal of information
about organic certification and organic agriculture.
Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) （英語）
a private organization
that evaluates materials to determine whether or not they qualify
for organic agriculture and organic food processing.

the most active farmer’s
organization in Monterey County. Advocates on behalf of agriculture
